Starting MIDNIGHT EASTERN STANDARD TIME tonight, the Kiheitai, a small group of former samurai turned terrorists, are putting their plans to make a statement about all this mingling going on amongst the trash of the City to fruition. Multiple bombs were planted in the city's subway system (those who would know can note the job was nowhere near amateurish but also not professional). Above the area with the bombs, a smallish area of the city was lit on fire in the shape of a circle (more specifically, the rising sun flag of Japan)-- an obvious act of arson. Six NPCs who witnessed Bansai, Matako and Nizou setting up for the bombings were killed and their heads arranged neatly in a line in public view.

Feel free to have had your pup/s notice something weird going on before, during or recently after the incident. Plot is go.

Fine city citizens, one wishes to make the most humble of announcements that he will be suggesting a vote for Hibari Kyouya-dono in the coming elections. One believes he is the strongest of the candidates in the running and politely would like each of you to take a short moment to glance over his running platform.


If elected as Warden, Hibari Kyouya-dono will:
